Maquette is operated by Elseframe LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Maquette.
By using Maquette, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
Maquette provides AI-generated visual previews of possible hairstyle directions based on photos uploaded by users.
Maquette is intended as a visual guidance tool only. Generated previews are illustrative and are not guarantees of real-world results.
Generated images may contain inaccuracies, approximations, or artistic interpretations.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you submit.
- You must have the right and permission to upload any photos used with the service.
- If a photo includes another person, you are responsible for obtaining any permission or consent required to use that photo.
- You are responsible for evaluating generated previews before relying on them in any consultation or styling decision.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Maquette to:
- Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
- Harass, exploit, or violate the rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, copy, or misuse the underlying models or systems
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid access to Maquette is offered on a subscription basis. Billing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds or prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Availability of Maquette may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, high demand, or third-party service availability, including AI infrastructure providers.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Maquette if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Disclaimers and Liability
Maquette is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Elseframe LLC is not responsible for haircut, styling, business, or personal decisions made based on generated previews.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elseframe LLC's total liability arising out of or related to Maquette will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
