Maquette is a service provided by Elseframe. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how we handle uploaded images.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the Maquette service.
- Email address used to create and access your account
- Usage data, such as the number of image generations performed
- Billing information processed through Stripe if you subscribe
Maquette does not collect unnecessary personal information beyond what is required to operate the service.
Uploaded Photos
Maquette allows users to upload photos to generate hairstyle previews.
- Maquette does not store uploaded photos.
- Images are processed temporarily during the request to generate a preview.
- After the preview is generated, the uploaded photo is not retained by Maquette.
Photos are used solely to generate the requested hairstyle preview.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload any photos used with the service.
AI Image Processing
Image generation in Maquette is performed using Google Cloud AI services.
- Uploaded images are transmitted to Google Cloud AI services for processing.
- Google processes the image to generate the requested result.
- Google states that customer data sent to Vertex AI APIs is not used to train its models.
Maquette does not control how third-party services operate, but we choose providers that offer strong data protection practices.
Voice Input
Maquette allows users to optionally speak edit requests instead of typing them, using their device's microphone.
- Maquette does not store audio recordings.
- Audio is streamed to a third-party transcription provider in real time solely to convert speech to text.
- Once transcription is complete, the audio is discarded and only the resulting text is used to build the edit request.
- Maquette opts out of any third-party programs that would use submitted audio to improve or train models.
Voice input is optional. Users can type edit requests instead at any time.
Payment Processing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider.
Maquette does not store full payment card details. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe according to Stripe’s own privacy and security practices.
Account Emails
Email addresses are used only to:
- Provide secure sign-in links
- Manage subscriptions and account access
- Respond to support requests
Maquette does not sell or share email addresses for advertising purposes.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect account data and operate the service securely. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the service evolves. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
